Our virtual courses grant greater flexibility and allow to you study from home. Whereas the in-person courses are designed to give greater hands-on learning and opportunities for networking

For virtual courses, we provide direct access links via email to grant you access to your course.
For in-person courses, you will be sent an e-ticket via email.

Our course pages will clearly outline if the specific course is designed for Non-Doctors, Medical Students or Doctors. All courses are delivered in English. Some courses have other specified pre-requisites that will be outlined in their respective course pages.

At the Doctor’s Manual, we believe in quality over quantity. This means that unlike other course providers we will exclusively have all of our courses delivered by Doctors who have experience or specialist training in the areas of the specific course. This means that we deliver a smaller number of courses at a time.

We do not charge you until your ticket has been confirmed. If you have any payment issues it may mean the course is sold out or that there may be technical issues. In either instance please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will see what we can do to help.

We use a lot of tools such as gamification, interactive quizzes and smaller group breakout rooms to give the best and most interactive experience possible for our attendees. If you feel that you would prefer an in-person course, contact us via email, we also offer in-person courses alongside our virtual ones as well as special adjustments.

All course attendees will be offered a named e-portfolio certificate after course attendance and completion of the attached feedback form.
